Request to Cancel // Return Picked Items

Use this form when:

• Plants are returned from a landscape job OR
• Plants are cancelled by customer after they have been picked

DO NOT make changes to these items on the Sales Order until you receive a response from yard staff.

For landscape: the yard crew will inform the designer & assistant.
